J and J Industrial and Commercial Services (J. & J.) opened its doors on the 28th of August 2017. The company was born out of decades of fascination with the cleaning industry. With more than 20 years cleaning experience which started here in Barbados then in Canada.
During this time, we have heard the good and not so good about our Industry. While most reviews have been positive, there have been a few recurring themes in the negative reviews.
Common Customer Complaints
• lack of attention to details; cleaners tend to clean only the clearly visible areas
• speedy service but sometimes quality is sacrificed for the speed
• untrained, under paid and uncommitted workers.
Now we are in a different age, the age of sickness, we have heard your cries, we have seen your stories and we are doing something about it.
J. & J. has started to fill these gaps which is why our slogan is A healthier way to clean.
